"Always seems to be out of stock"
Every time I try to order something, it’s unavailable or out of stock. I keep checking back, and even after getting emails or looking through my order receipts from past purchases, half the items I want never seem to be there anymore. Frustrating.

"Not really worth the price for me"
I was expecting a bit more for what I paid. To be fair, nothing was actually bad or defective, but the products felt basic to me, like stuff I could probably find somewhere else for less.
Shipping and the overall pricing made it feel even harder to justify. I get that some people might be happy with it, but for me, I just didn’t see enough value and probably wouldn’t order again.

"Same shipping mess all over again"
I ordered a few things and, it was the same issue again. Barely any updates, tracking just sat there for days, and the whole thing took way longer than it should have. I reached out to support and got a generic response that didn’t really help. I’m tired of dealing with this every time, so I don’t think I’ll be ordering from here again.

"Packaging was really disappointing"
I ordered from Earth to Skin Beauty, packaging was disappointing when it showed up.
The box felt really flimsy, and one of the products had stuff around cap like it had leaked a little. There wasn’t much padding either, just items kind of sitting in the box.
For skincare, I expected a better care with shipping. The products might be fine, but the way it arrived made me not really want to order again.

"Pretty disappointing ingredients"
I tried this and wasn’t impressed. The ingredient list just felt kind of cheap to me, like a lot of products these days that are packed with fillers and random stuff my skin never seems to agree with. I was expecting something cleaner and more thoughtful, but this really didn’t feel like that at all. Just not for me

"Unhelpful customer service and felt talked down to"
I was really disappointed with the customer service. I reached out about my order and the reply took a while, but even then it didn’t really answer my question. The tone also made me feel like I was being talked down to, which just made the whole thing more frustrating. I had to ask the same thing again and still didn’t get any clear help. it felt like they just wanted me to stop bothering them. I won’t be ordering from earthtoskinbeauty.com again.

I really wanted to like this, but after just two days it made me break out. I reached out about it too, but the replies felt like robots answering emails instead of an actual person trying to help. Not a great experience for me.

I used it for a few weeks and kept waiting to notice something, but honestly, maybe I missed it, I don’t know, I saw almost no change. It just didn’t really work for me.

"At first I figured returning my order would..."
At first I figured returning my order would be straightforward, no big deal. But wow, it got annoying fast. It took days just to get a reply, and then they kept asking me for info I had already sent over. I was trying to be patient, but come on. It’s been more than two weeks and I’m still waiting on the refund. It wasn’t even a huge amount of money, but the whole thing feels like they’re just giving me the runaround. I wouldn’t order from them again...

"Why is the smell so intense?"
I really wanted to like this, but the scent is just way too strong. Like, why does it need to announce itself to the whole room? I used it once and ended up with a headache, which is obviously not what I’m going for. Maybe some people like super powerful fragrances, but for me it was just too much.

I wanted to like this, but my face still felt dry after using it. Maybe I didn’t use enough or my skin just needs something heavier, but it really didn’t seem to add any moisture for me

"Shipping took forever"
I ordered thinking it would show up quickly, but it took way longer than expected. The worst part was there were barely any clear updates, so I was just left wondering what was going on. Like, how is this okay? Super frustrating experience, and I probably won’t order again

"Didn’t Love the Feel of It"
I wanted to like this, but the texture just felt kind of Thick and sticky on my face. It didn’t really sink in well and left my skin feeling a little greasy after. It wasn’t the Worst thing ever, but I probably wouldn’t buy it again.
